I believe there are embargos and other restrictions placed on the goods/services you can sell to Iran. Can a US hosting company sell web hosting to citizens and businesses in iran legally?
Is it legal to sell web hosting services to iran?
These sites are providing web hosting in Iran, so it doesn't appear that its illegal in Iran.
