What is good and affordable hosting service that is fast in both USA and China?

In China, the bandwidth is costly, so web hosting services there are expensive and might not be fast when pages are loaded from overseas computers. And if I host within the USA, visitors from China may experience slow page loads.

What are some good web hosting companies that has best of both worlds? I need a hosting service that's not too expensive but is fast for both Chinese and American visitors.
